Reconcile
The reconciler compares extracted data against existing project records. Duplicate items are matched by title similarity and workstream, then updated rather than duplicated. Field changes are logged to the audit trail.

Clarify
When the AI detects contradictions, unanswered questions, ownership gaps, or low-confidence extractions (< 60%), it raises a clarification question linked to the exact emails it reasoned from.
