EMAIL THREADS.
STRUCTURED TRUTH.

Migration projects live and die in email threads. AWS Migration Tracker turns raw email pastes into a live, reconciled project record — action items, decisions, validations, people, and open questions, all extracted by a local AI model and deduplicated on every re-ingest. Built for projects where email is the operational source of truth.

From inbox to tracker in five steps.

Paste the thread. The AI extracts everything. The reconciler keeps it clean.

01
Paste Thread
Copy the full email thread and paste it verbatim into the ingest form. The raw text is stored as the immutable source record before any processing begins.
02
AI Extraction
A local Ollama model reads every email in the thread and extracts action items, decisions, validation targets, and named participants — with confidence scores per fact.
03
Reconcile
The reconciler compares extracted data against existing records. Duplicate items are matched by title + workstream and updated rather than re-created. All field changes are logged.
04
Clarify
When the AI detects contradictions, ownership gaps, or low-confidence extractions (< 60%), it raises a clarification question linked to the exact emails it reasoned from.
05
Track & Report
The live dashboard shows action items grouped by workstream with inline status editing. Export an AI-generated status report — executive summary, risks, next steps — at any time.

Live migration tracker.

Six stat tiles show your migration at a glance. Action items are grouped by workstream with inline status editing. Open clarifications are pinned to the top so nothing ambiguous stays buried. The dashboard auto-refreshes when a background AI parse is in progress.

Every migration dimension tracked.

Each extracted item is bucketed into one of five workstreams. The AI assigns workstream automatically; you can override inline.

🌐
Network & Access
VPN routing, firewall rules, jump boxes, and access policies. Track who needs access to what, when it was granted, and whether it’s permanent.
Application Validation
Per-application test results and readiness status. Surface which apps passed UAT, which have open issues, and what’s blocked on external teams.
⚙️
Infrastructure & Config Defects
Bugs and defects found in the AWS environment during cutover. Link each defect to its assigned owner and resolution status.
🔒
Security & Compliance
Whitelist rules, certificate issues, password policies, and audit requirements. Track temporary workarounds separately from permanent fixes.
✂️
Cutover Readiness
Integration items, cost sign-offs, and dependencies that must close before go-live. The tracker auto-signals cutover complete when every item reaches “done”.

The AI asks instead of guessing.

When emails are ambiguous or contradictory, the reconciler raises a question rather than silently choosing a value. Every clarification cites the exact emails it’s reasoning from. Resolving one writes back to the linked item and logs the change to the full audit trail.

Type When Raised
Contradiction A later email conflicts with an earlier one on the same item
Unknown Owner An action item has no identifiable assignee
Low Confidence AI extraction confidence < 60%
Naming Collision The same term appears with conflicting statuses across emails
